Macos App Store Uninstall
I am running 10.11.1 and somehow it appears my Mac App store downloaded another version of 10.11.1 and its still sitting in the App Store update section. Harmony remote app mac. Every time I try to restart the machine so it can finish its update it hangs up about 10% into the install. Is there anyway to force the App Store to dump the update it downloaded? It appears to be corrupted or the App Store has a bug and is trying to install the same update on top of itself. I am hoping to find a way to delete the update without losing any data.

- After installing Speedify from the macOS App Store the application creates a directory for each process and also a shared directory. When a user uninstalls, macOS leaves those directories behind so a user does not lose local data. First open Finder and go to your Applications directory. Right click Speedify and tap delete.
- Simply drop an application onto the AppCleaner window. It will find for the related files and you can delete them by clicking the delete button.
